Website information
We aim to keep product details, dimensions, compatibility, and availability accurate. Small-batch products may have minor surface variation that does not change their intended function.
Product purchases
Purchases made through Etsy are also governed by the applicable listing, order details, and Etsy terms. Compatibility names belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Business inquiries
An inquiry is not a quote, order acceptance, confidentiality agreement, engineering certification, or promise of availability. A project begins only after scope, price, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria are documented and agreed.
Replacement parts and custom solutions
Walnut Hill Works focuses on testable, non-safety-critical applications. We may decline work involving regulated products, life-safety systems, critical structural loads, high-voltage systems, medical use, or applications that require engineering certification outside our scope.
